We have qualified tradespeople whom we work with for over 15 years. With this experience, trust and as an important asset to our team, we have the same tradespeople that take care for all of our properties, whether it’s maintenance, plumbing, electrical. Our carefully selected tradespeople understand the needs of our client and keep costs at a minimum. At the same time, they make sure all compliance is met and the repairs conducted at your property are to help you save money in the long term.

All maintenance requests from our tenants are process carefully.

Firstly, we try to diagnose the problem over the phone or email directly with the tenant. If it is a pilot light issue (such as the header or hot water service not working), we have instructions in our welcome pack given to the tenants. Also, we help the tenants directly with this and rectify the issue without calling a tradesperson and incurring charges. This way, we save our clients money and we don’t charge extra!

If the issue must be rectified by a qualified tradesperson, we understand that ever client is different. Regardless if our client prefers to do the maintenance themselves or arrange for a tradesperson, we notify our client first for transparency, as communication is very important.
